  We had a terrible experience with Team Plumbing and would not recommend them to anyone. Curtis came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonably priced to rough plum the basement for a bathroom. We scheduled him at his earliest convenience, which was 7 weeks out. He called on the morning he was supposed to show up to say that something else "out of his hands" came up and that he would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for a day later that week, and again he cancelled. After waiting an hour on the third day he was scheduled to do the work and didn't show up, I called his cell. His voicemail message said he was not working that day...the day he was supposed to be at our house! I immediately called the main number for Team Plumbing and Brandon apologized and said that they would get another plumber to come out to our house that day. A few hours later, a new plumber showed up, did a walk through for a materials list, and left to go purchase the necessary items. Two hours later, Brandon from Team Plumbing called back to say that the plumber who was at our house that morning quit his job! When I asked who was going to finish our basement and when, Brandon said that they didn't have anyone available to do the work and that we should find another company. Ugh! After waiting a few days to cool down, I was able to speak with Tom the owner of Team Plumbing. Unfortunately, he told me the same story! Curtis who gave us the quote was basically unqualified to do the rough in for the bathroom and that they didn't have anyone else available. Tom did agree to compensate us with the tub that had already been delivered to our house for the hassle and the fact that we were now almost 2 months behind our timeline. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber!
