  Don't get your hopes up. In fact, don't waste your time. This company turned a 5 month project into at least a 6 month ordeal. There was never anything that went according to what I was told. They had different information coming from each person. No one was on the same page. No truth. No consistency. No updates when changes happened. No priority. No follow through. No more than three people ever on sight at the same time and no more than two were ever actually working at one time. My house burned and the restoration process using this company- who was recommended by insurance- was worse than the actual event. I cannot say anything positive about this company. I can only warn others and hope that they will be cognizant of what they are signing up for when they choose Rescon. My best advice. Don't do it. Don't use them for a big project. You will be sorry. The people are nice. Their business practices are awful. I am not sure about their work as we are three months in and very little has actually been fixed and been completed correctly.
