  I was blown away buy the customer service, specifically Angelo, and with the quality of the carpet and the installation. We could not be any more pleased. We had our upstairs re-carpeted, but had decided not to do the basement. Our carpet looks so incredible that I am hoping to get the basement done as soon as I can! I have already called Angelo to schedule someone to measure our basement. Would use O'Brien's again in a heartbeat. Much better customer service than we received at the carpet counter at Home Depot and we spent about the same amount and purchased an incredible carpet.
