  Looked at a lease here. We lived at the Parc and that was a nightmare so i don't know why we wanted to try here? Maybe i was drawn in by "how cute" and "how convenient". We decided to put down a deposit, and was promised that we could get it back anytime (not within 72 hours). We decided not to live here because of our experience at parc and they refused to give us our money back. THANKS. If 72 hours is your policy then maybe MAKE THAT CLEAR.
  
  Edit: your leasing agent specifically said "anytime". I don't remember any papers presented to us saying 72 hrs, but maybe I was mistaken (the application DID not say this at the time). Don't really care if that's the standard elsewhere when we were told "anytime" and "there's no rush".
