  I had a last minute request for our a company event for a dunk booth. I spoke with Lacey, and followed up with her for a copy of their insurance. She became what seemed annoyed with me for asking about it, I asked her to understand that we are on a time crunch. Her tone was such that I asked her not take offense I was just concerned. She said well will you need me to cancel this, then? Very rude. Terrible customer service on her end. She said she was just direct when I told her to use her customer service- which was even more rude. The company's prices are reasonable, but their staff is not.
